該'租客'於2012年，沽出自置物業'南豐新邨'後，
即時轉租屋苑的兩房戶，
當時希望等樓價大幅回調時再入市。
至近月，單位租約即將屆滿，
業主表明單位上調租金，
由兩年前的1.1萬元，加至1.4萬元。
業主大幅加租，該租客心有不甘，
故趁近期樓市疲弱而在市場覓筍貨，
轉租為買，通知業主不續租約。
當時，該租客在'南豐新邨'、'華蘭花園'及'華信花園'中，
睇中3個單位，並積極向業主還價，
認為淡市中，向放盤業主還低價料對方會首肯，
所以該租客往往還價低於業主要求的6%左右，
不過由於上述3伙獲還價的單位，
為市場筍盤，業主也深知現時叫價，
為市場同類樓層最低，故此一般也企硬不讓步。

有些人自以為是,有一點兒銭便自以為很高尚,
看著貧窮的人捱餓不施予援手也罷
但於人們連租一個破房的四.五千元大有人在
即使有居住的地方,還是扎緊褲子以免太肚餓時...的苦况!
