'在製作報告，常常會從網路上蒐集很多資料，
但是網路上的資料格式，
經常會發現文字之間有空白字元，
半形的標點符號…等，需要調整格式..
 [温故知新-2).] '善用Word的「編輯＼取代」'的功能-->
調整的方法說明如下：
'In making the report, often gather a lot of information from the Internet, 
But the data format on the network, 
Often found to have whitespace between words, 
Half-width punctuation ... etc., need to adjust the format ..

Methods adjustments are described below:     

1.將網頁的資料選取之後，點選「編輯\複製」。

1. After the information to select the page, click "Edit \ Copy."

2.開啟Word，點選「編輯\選擇性貼上」，準備將資料貼在Word

說明：從網路上複製的文字，最好使用「選擇性貼上」，

因為有一些網頁的文字格式，Word沒有辦法處理，

如果直接將資料貼在Word，

有時候會發生貼上去的文字無法修改文字的字型大小、

顏色、粗細、段落…等格式，

採用「選擇性貼上」會移除所有網頁的格式，

便不會有這個困擾。

使用「選擇性貼上」，

圖片不會被貼到Word，必須另外再插入圖片。

2, open Word, click on "Edit \ Paste " , ready to paste data in Word

Description : From the copy of the text on the Web is best to use--

-- " Paste Special " because there are some pages in text format , 

Word can not handle , if you paste data directly in Word,   

the text will be posted up sometimes occur can not be modified  

text font size, color , thickness, paragraph ... other formats ,    

using " paste Special " will remove all formatting pages ,  

 do not have this trouble. Using the " Paste Special " ,  

 the picture will not be posted to the Word, 

you must insert another picture .

3.選擇「未格式化文字」，將所有網頁的格式移除，點選「確定」。

3 .Select " unformatted text " format will remove all the pages , click "OK ."

4.如下圖所示，插入的文字之間有空白字元，

必須將空白字元刪除。

點選「編輯\全選」，將所有的文字選取。

4. shown below , there is a blank character between the inserted text , 

white space must be removed.

Click " Edit \ Select All " to select all the text .

5.點選「編輯\取代」。

5. Tap "Edit \ replaced ."

6.尋找目標輸入「空白字元」（按一下鍵盤的空白鍵），

取代為不要輸入任何字元，點選「全部取代」。

6 .Find the target input "whitespace" (click the keyboard spacebar), 

Do not enter any character to replace, click "Replace All."

7.已經將空白字元刪除，點選「否」。

7. Has whitespace removed, click on "no." 

8.關閉「尋找及取代」視窗，結束空白字元的刪除。

8 Close the "Find and Replace" window, ending delete whitespace.

9.刪除空白字元的文件如圖示。

9. Remove whitespace file as shown. 

10.下列Word文件是由另一個網頁所貼上（採用：編輯\選擇性貼上），

多了一些段落符號，且標點符號都是半形，需要修改格式。

選取第一段文章，點選「編輯\取代」。

10. The following Word document is pasted by another website 

(Using: Edit \ Paste), 

More than a few paragraphs of symbols, 

And punctuation are half-width, you need to modify the format. 

Select the first paragraph of the article, click "edit \ replace."

11.尋找目標選擇「指定方式」。

11. Look for target selection, "the prescribed manner." 

12.選擇「段落標記」。

12. Select "paragraph mark." 

13.取代為不要輸入任何字元，點選「全部取代」。

13. Do not enter any character replaced, click "Replace All." 

14.已經將多餘的段落符號刪除，點選「否」。

15.如圖示，已經合併成一個段落。

16.接著要將半形標點符號改為全形，尋找目標輸入「,」，

取代為輸入「，」，點選「全部取代」。

 find the target type "," 

Replace the input "," click "Replace All." 

17.已經將半形「,」逗號更改為全形「，」逗號，點選「否」。

18.尋找目標輸入「.」，取代為輸入「。」，點選「全部取代」。

18. Look for target type ".", Replacing the input ".", Click "Replace All." 

19.已經將半形「.」句號更改為全形「。」句號，點選「否」。

19 has a half-shaped "." Change period for the whole shape ". 

" Full stop, tap "no." 

20.尋找目標輸入「!」，取代為輸入「！」，點選「全部取代」。

20. Looking for a target input "!" Replaced the input "!", Click "Replace All." 

21.已經將半形「!」冒號號更改為全形「！」冒號，點選「否」。

21. Has a half-shaped "!" Colon number changed to full-width "!" Colon, 

click "no."

22.關閉「尋找及取代」視窗，結束標點符號的修改。

22. Close the "Find and Replace" window, ending punctuation changes. 

23.完成的文章如圖示。
