    Apple 在 2013 年 3 月 20 日凌晨，又再次冷不防的釋出 iOS 6.1.3 版更新，改進功能和錯誤修正包括：修正了可跳過密碼鎖畫面並直接使用"電話"應用程式的錯誤，和改進了日本地圖。支援 iPod touch 4th、iPod touch 5th、iPhone 3GS、iPhone 4、iPhone 4S、iPhone 5、iPad 2、iPad 3、iPad mini 和 iPad 4th 機型。

Fixes a bug that could allow someone to bypass the passcode and access the Phone app.
