至近月，單位租約即將屆滿，

由兩年前的1.1萬元，加至1.4萬元。
業主大幅加租，該租客心有不甘，
故趁近期樓市疲弱而在市場覓筍貨，
轉租為買，通知業主不續租約。
當時，該租客在'南豐新邨'、'華蘭花園'及'華信花園'中，
睇中3個單位，並積極向業主還價，
認為淡市中，向放盤業主還低價料對方會首肯，
所以該租客往往還價低於業主要求的6%左右，
不過由於上述3伙獲還價的單位，
